Hotel accommodation can be booked using url: http://www.fortunehotels.in, booking code 'BARC' for special discounted tariffs.
The discounted rates for Standard room during the period of December 11 to December 14, 2011 are INR 4200/- for Single Occupancy and INR 4800/- for double Occupancy on CP plan Per room per night plus applicable taxes Subject to following conditions.
01) Check-in and check-out time is 12 Noon. Early check-in / late check-out are subject to room availability. Incase early check-in, the room to be blocked from previous night onwards.
02) The above mention rates are inclusive of Buffet Breakfast at Zodiac – Multi Cuisine Restaurant, Mineral water, Tea Coffee Maker, Access to Swimming Pool and Health Club, Welcome Drink on arrival, In room safe, cut fruits on request.
03) Cancellation / Postponement / Alteration of program should be made not less than 48 hrs prior to check-in date.
04) The rates will be valid till bookings made till 30th November 2011.
05) After making the reservation through website, the guest is requested to send the credit card details with the validity for the guarantee of the booking on the below mentioned id,s (exotica@fortunehotels.in; sales.fse@fortunehotels.in ), Failing to do so the the reservation will not be confirmed since we are offering a special rate.

All participants must register on or before 05 November 2011. Request for accommodation in Guest House will be entertained on first come first serve basis.
