Notice

Notice is hereby given that 34th Annual General Body Meeting of the Indian Vacuum Society shall be held on Friday, 28th July 2006 at 18:30 hrs in Multipurpose Hall, BARC Training School Hostel, Anushakti Nagar, Mumbai 400 094 to transact the following business.

1. To read and confirm the minutes of the 33rd Annual General Body meeting held at Multipurpose Hall, BARC Training School Hostel, Anushakti Nagar, Mumbai 400 094 on July 29, 2005.
   
2. To receive, consider and approve the Annual Report for the year 2005-2006.
   
3. To receive, consider and approve the Audited Statement of Accounts for the year 2005-2006.
   
4. To appoint auditors for the year 2006-2007 and fix their remuneration.
   
5. Future Activities
   
6. Any other matter with the permission of chair.

Note:

1. If there is no quorum at 18:30 hrs the meeting shall be adjourned for half an hour and the adjourned meeting shall be held at 19:00 hrs and the business on the agenda shall be transacted irrespective of the quorum.
   
2. If any member has any query or any other information is required at the time of meeting, the same shall be communicated to the General Secretary in writing before July 21, 2006.
